By doing a session with Amanda Steele Photography, you give full permission to use photos in a public forum, if you chose for the photos to be kept private (such as boudoir portraits) please mention this at the time of booking.
The $50 retainer is non-refundable, this is to secure your session's date and time, that time slot will not be available to anyone else once the retainer has been paid. Your retainer fee can be transferred one time if a cancellation is needed. If that second booking needs to be rescheduled, an additional $50 retainer fee will be required.
A sneak peek will be provided within 48 hours of session with 3 images, however it can take up to 30 days to receive your full gallery. (this excludes weddings and galleries with extended editing)
All images delivered will be digitally enhanced to coincide with Amanda Steele Photography's style. If extensive editing is requested, there will be an additional fee per image. (This includes reshaping)

Any and all information obtained will be used strictly for contacting purposes. Email addresses are used for contact as well as registration to personal online gallery. Phone numbers are used for contact only.
No contact information will be shared publically.
Use of Name.
First names may be used under captions, testimonials &/or session give away drawings. Client may opt out of the use of any of these options, prior to session.

The Final post production and editing styles, effects and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Amanda Steele Photography. No body reshaping or major editing will be done. Any and all images posted to Amanda Steele Photography's website & online gallery are for personal use only. Any images posted to a social media platform i.e.. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.. etc.. MUST be the images provided with Amanda Steele Photography watermark OR credited to Amanda Steele Photography. Under no circumstances do you have permission to add filters or do any edits to the images provided by Amanda Steele Photography. The images do go through an editing/enhancing process to ensure best quality provided by Amanda Steele Photography. NO exceptions. If you do not agree/follow these terms you will void contract and photographs will be taken down/reported. Please understand that if a filter is added to photos provided, it does not reflect the true work of Amanda Steele Photography.
